VMGP engine water jacket plates for the F Type and Wolseley are made with our own tooling. The plates have a satin finish so can either be polished up or acid etch applied before finishing with engine enamel.

We have also invested in tooling to produce nitrile rubber gaskets for the F type including the diamond gasket for the water inlet manifold. All gaskets are made to exacting engine block profiles with no rubber over-spill and all screw holes in our gaskets are undersize for water sealing. Nitrile rubber gaskets are resistant to the petrol ethanol additive problem which is becoming a progressive issue in the continued running of vintage cars. In addition, nitrile does not deteriorate with age.

In addition to the above, we also supply Bright Zinc plated hex head set bolts and washer sets to complement these water jackets. Rotting water jacket plates, shearing off of bolts in the block, drilling and retapping will now be a problem of the past.
